渤海银行股份有限公司（简称“渤海银行”）是《中国商业银行法》2003 年修订以来，唯一一家全新成立的全国性股份制商业银行，是第一家自 2000 年来在发起设立阶段就引进境外战略投资者的全国性股份制商业银行，是第一家总部设在天津的全国性股份制商业银行。

渤海银行由天津泰达投资控股有限公司、渣打银行（香港）有限公司、中国远洋运输（集团）总公司（现称中国远洋海运集团有限公司）、国家开发投资公司（现称国家开发投资集团有限公司）、宝钢集团有限公司（现称中国宝武钢铁集团有限公司）、天津信托投资有限责任公司（现称天津托有限责任公司）和天津商汇投资（控股）有限公司 7 家股东发起设立。2005 年 12 月 30 日成立，2006 年 2 月正式对外营业。2020 年 7 月 16 日在香港联交所主板挂牌上市。

As the only nationwide joint-stock commercial bank newly established since the amendment

to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Commercial Banks in 2003,CHINA BOHAI

BANK CO., LTD. (“Bohai Bank” or “the Bank”) is the first nationwide joint-stock commercial

bank to introduce a foreign strategic investor at the initial stage since 2000. It is also the first

nationwide joint-stock commercial bank headquartered in Tianjin.

CHINA BOHAI BANK CO., LTD. was jointly established on December 30, 2005 by seven

promoters, namely TEDA Investment Holding Co., Ltd. , Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong)

Limited China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company, currently known as China COSCO Shipping

Corporation Limited , State Development & Investment Corporation , currently known as State

Development & Investment Corp., Ltd. , Baosteel Group Corporation, currently known as China

Baowu Steel Group Corporation Limited , Tianjin Trust and Investment Company Limited ,

currently known as Tianjin Trust Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Shanghui Investment Holding Company

Limited . We commenced business in February 2006, and our H Shares were listed on July 16,

2020.

As the youngest nationwide joint-stock commercial bank, Bohai Bank enjoys significant

late-mover advantages. Since its establishment, the Bank has firmly practiced the political and

people orientation towards financial work, focused on main responsibilities and businesses,

upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, served national strategies, real

economy and people’s well-being, and accelerated the deepening of reform, transformation and

development. With balanced business development and a nationwide network, the Bank has

As of the end of 2024, the total number of officially opened outlets in 65 key cities and special

administrative regions across the country reached 376, including 34 tier-one branches (including

3 branches directly administrated by our head office and 1 overseas branch), 35 tier-two

branches, 291 sub-branches and 16 community and micro sub-branches. Bohai Bank has

basically established a business network with strategic layout covering the capital cities of major

provinces and metropolises that are of key economic value in China.
