俄罗斯船级社（RS）创立于 1913 年，为俄罗斯联邦交通部直属国家机构，是享誉全球的权威船级社。RS 致力于保障海洋、工业及运输物流领域的设施与运营流程符合国际高标准安全规范，其技术与服务在俄罗斯及全球范围获得广泛认可。目前，RS 拥有员工超 1200 名，在俄罗斯境内及全球 13 个国家设立 28 家分支机构。RS 专家深度参与国际海事组织（IMO）、国际劳工组织、ISO、联合国欧洲经济委员会等国际组织的规则制定与技术工作，已获全球 54 个旗国海事主管机关的官方授权，全面满足 IMO 国际标准。

Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), founded in 1913, is a state-owned organization directly under the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and a globally renowned classification society. RS is committed to ensuring that facilities and operational processes in the maritime, industrial, and transport logistics sectors comply with high-level international safety standards, and its technologies and services are widely recognized both in Russia and worldwide. Currently, RS employs over 1,200 staff and operates 28 branch offices across Russia and in 13 countries around the world. RS experts are deeply involved in rule-making and technical work for international organizations such as the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the International Labour Organization (ILO), ISO, and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). The society has been officially authorized by the maritime authorities of 54 flag states, fully meeting IMO international standards.
