河北省船员服务行业协会成立于2014年10月9日，是经河北省民政厅民间组织管理局、河北海事局批准成立的船员服务行业全省性行业服务和指导机构；是全省从事船员服务行业的机构组成的社会团体。目前协会会员单位40家，依法由河北省境内航运企业、船舶管理企业、船员服务机构、船员教育培训机构、船员体检机构、引航站、律师事务所等单位为实现共同意愿而自愿组成的行业性、非营利性社会团体。协会的宗旨： 加强行业自律、规范市场的运作，借鉴国内外先进经验，促进河北省船员服务行业发展，振兴我省船员服务行业，充分发挥会员企业与政府间的桥梁纽带作用。

The Hebei Province Seafarers Service Industry Association was established on October 9, 2014. It is a provincial-level service and guidance organization for the seafarers service industry approved by the Civil Organization Management Bureau of the Hebei Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and the Hebei Maritime Bureau. It is a social organization composed of institutions engaged in the seafarers service industry in the province. Currently, the association has 40 member units, which are industry-based, non-profit social organizations voluntarily formed by shipping companies, ship management companies, seafarer service institutions, seafarer education and training institutions, seafarer medical examination institutions, pilot stations, law firms, and other units within Hebei Province to achieve common goals. The purpose of the association is to strengthen industry self-discipline, standardize market operations, draw on domestic and international advanced experiences, promote the development of the seafarers service industry in Hebei Province, revitalize the seafarers service industry in the province, and fully play the role of a bridge between member enterprises and the government.
