华洋海事中心有限公司成立于1995年，现隶属交通运输部水运科学研究院。公司深耕航运领域逾三十年，构建了覆盖全球的航运全产业链经营模式，业务涵盖航运经营、船舶管理、船舶代理、船员派遣与培训等，为全球客户提供综合解决方案。

依托覆盖航运全产业链的经营模式，持有及光租船舶提供全球货物运输；作为极具竞争力的第三方船舶管理商，在管船舶近200艘，种类包括散杂货、滚装船、海工船及科考船等；拥有高素质船员队伍，日均在船超1万人，每年服务船员达2万人次，客户覆盖全球200多家船东及管理公司。

Huayang Maritime Center, established in 1995, is now affiliated with the China Waterborne Transport Research Institute (WTI) of the Ministry of Transport, PRC. With over three decades of deep cultivation in the shipping industry, the company has built a global business model covering the entire shipping industry chain, offering comprehensive solutions to clients worldwide through services such as shipping operations, ship management, ship agency, and crew manning and training.

Leveraging its integrated industrial chain, Huayang provides global cargo transportation via owned and bareboat-chartered vessels. As a highly competitive third-party ship manager, it operates nearly 200 vessels, including bulk carriers, ro-ro ships, offshore support vessels, and research vessels. The company maintains a high-caliber crew force, with over 10,000 seafarers serving onboard daily and providing services to 20,000 crew members annually. Its client base spans over 200 shipowners and management companies globally.

In alignment with national strategies, Huayang is actively advancing smart and green shipping initiatives. It has independently developed crew and vessel management systems, providing technological support for building China into a leading maritime power.
