华远国际陆港（大同）集团有限公司，成立于2020年12月15日，注册资本金10.37亿元，是华远国际陆港集团“一核三港五园六中心”陆港物流枢纽体系中北部陆港的战略实施主体。

2022年入围“国家物流枢纽建设名单”，2024年获评国家4A级物流企业。现拥有保税物流中心（B型）、临港加工产业园、跨境电商产业园等功能布局，是山西省融入“一带一路”和京津冀协同发展等国家战略的重要对外开放平台。

Huayuan International Land Port (Datong) Group Co., Ltd., established on December 15, 2020, with a registered capital of 1.037 billion yuan, serves as the strategic implementation entity for the northern land port within the "One Core, Three Ports, Five Parks, and Six Centers" land port logistics hub system of Huayuan International Land Port Group.

In 2022, it was selected into the "National Logistics Hub Construction List", and in 2024, it was awarded the status of a national 4A-level logistics enterprise. Currently, it boasts functional layouts such as a bonded logistics center (Type B), a port-adjacent processing industrial park, and a cross-border e-commerce industrial park. It serves as an important platform for opening up for Shanxi Province to integrate into national strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
